Easy CGI has been the most helpful hosting company that I have ever used. They help me figure out problems with my coding, and they know what they are talking about, and through this, they have the most friendly customer support team I have ever dealt with, anywhere. Been with EasyCGI for about 9 months now, and we have received nothing but the best service and web hosting. No noticable downtime, or dips in speed. I HIGHLY reccomend them as a hosting company.

Since I found myself in Easy CGI client-oriented and business-driven environment 2 years ago, I always recommend it for incredible connectivity and speed of data maintenance. It's not so simple to get across such level of professional integrity as Easy CGI features.

I've hosted with them for about 2 months now. At first everything worked just fine but that was before I started using my MS SQL Server database. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not but once I started using my database the site started having problems. The first problem I had was a weird caching issue where my uploaded FTP files would not show up when I access it via my web client.
Second problem I had was with a directory that could not be deleted. They tried to claim the problem was on my end but I know it wasn't.
Customer service was mediocre. They weren't rude but they weren't very polite either. They took my number down once to contact me if they fixed one of the problems I was having. They never called.

Easy CGI has been one of the best web hosting companies I have ever used. I have hardly experienced any problems with them at all - no crashes, no downtime, and they are always helpful if I ever have a question about any scripting issues, or any of the coding I have used on my site. Here`s the best part... whenever I call to ask a questions, a real PERSON always answers the phone - almost immediately! The people are very friendly, and helpful, and will do whatever they can to help you with your problem.
